Shopping cart does not show up correctly in IE7

Shopping cart might not show up correctly if cookies are disabled.

Some internet explorer, especially latest version if IE, are configured not to accept any cookies by default. This will cause problem with Basket2go shopping cart not displaying the correct content on the hosting website.

What is a Cookie?

Why Basket2go shopping cart uses cookie?

Basket2go shopping cart uses cookies to store customer shopping cart id. It requires a browser to accept (and send back) cookies in order display the cart content correctly. The cookie enables the shopping cart system to identify what shopping cart a visitor is using, and matches it to the appropriate items (shopping cart content) to display the correct items that has been added to each shopping cart.

Configuring your browser

If you are using IE 7, you might have noticed a privacy report "eye" icon at the bottom status bar. Click on the eye and check whether checkout.basket2go.net is blocked. If you have blocked cookies for Basket2go site, you would see a list of block sites with url http://checkout.basket2go.net. Please right click the block site (checkout.basket2go.net) and select "always accept cookies from this site". to enable cookies.
