Setting up delivery options
Delivery prices can be setup using flat rate, step rate or a combination of this two methods.
To set up delivery option, click the "setup delivery" link in the Seller control panel. A list of delivery option that was previously set up will be displayed.
Flat rate
Click "Add Flat Rate Delivery". Fill in the name field. For the "Enabled" field, if yes is selected, the flat rate method will appear as a delivery option in the shopping cart. If it is set to no customers will not see the Flat Rate method. If the "Type" field is set to "Per Item", the delivery rate will be calculated by multiplying the price (specificed in the "Price" field) by the total number of items in the cart. If it is set to "Per order", it will only be applied once for the entire order. If it is set to "Per weight (100g)", it will be calculated by dividing the total weight of the order by 100 and multiplying the price (specificed in the "Price" field). Assuming the weight of the total order is 500 grams, and you have set the price to $2, the delivery rate will be $10.
The destination country for delivery is set in the last entry. To select multiple countries, press and hold CTRL key while selecting with your mouse.
Step rate
Step rate allows you to specify different delivery price based on either the total value of the order, the total weight of the order, or the number of items in an order.
Fill in the name field (e.g. Worldwide delivery via UPS). Set Enable" to Yes to enable this delivery option to be displayed in the shopping cart. Specify the way the rate will be calculated in the "Type" and "From value" field. For example, to specify a delivery rate of $8 for order value starting from $0 up to $20, and $5 for any order value above $20, select "Price" in the "Type" field, enter 0 in the "Value from" field and "8" in the Price field. Press "Save" to save the new configuration. Next, add another step rate delivery again, enter the same name in the "Name" field, select "Price" from the "Type" field, and enter "20" in the "From value" field and "5" in the Price field. Save the entry. If you want to add free delivery on order over $100, continue the above step, and enter 100 in the "From value" field and "0" in the Price field.

To limit a delivery to a certain destination, select the appropriate countries in the "delivery to countries" list. To define a step delivery rate based on weight of the item, set the "Type" field to "weight" and proceed as described above. Similarly the "# of items" type is used to define step delivery rate based on number of items.
Mixing the delivery methods
The above two delivery methods can be used together to create different delivery prices for different countries.
